BLNR Denies Hilton From Placing Foreign Sand On Public Beach

This is a bigger issue than just the Hilton. This is allowing a private entity to place sand on a public beach, using “the right of entry” as justification. If the BLNR approved this, all private entities around the state could have the right to armor the public beaches fronting their properties. I have attached our submittal below.
