In 1973 SURFING EDUCATION ASSOCIATION (S.E.A) was formed by John Kelly Jr., Lord “Tally Ho” Blears, and Wallace Froiseth as a Fundraising & Educational Arm for SAVE OUR SURF. They Along with George Downing were visionaries in protecting “surf sites," parking areas and public access throughout Hawaii.
